Paper Pumpkin's THIRD birthday -- a gift for subscribers

Paper Pumpkin is celebrating their THIRD birthday - with a special box this month (March 2016). I'm patiently waiting for mine to arrive. Every box has a title: this one is called Pocketful of Cheer.

Unfortunately, It's too late to get the March shipment -- you must sign up before the 10th of the month to get that month's kit. BUT... as a subscriber, you are eligible to purchase past kits and refill kits, while supplies last.

You all know that I love Stampin' Up!'s Paper Pumpkin Kits. I mean, what's not to love!! .... Everything is right there to make a project: the inks, stamps, papers, embellishments, even some adhesives. All I have to have of my own is a pair of paper snips and maybe some snail adhesive (SU's adhesive 'runner' - double-sided tape dispenser). Anything else I add from my craft stash is purely my own choice to do so.

I took my February kit with me when I went to BC to be with my Mom while she had surgery. I wanted to take my whole craft room but it wouldn't fit in my suitcase so... I made do....

These are the cards that were a "suggested use" of the kit contents.  I DO like to do my own "thing.
After all, Anything Goes.  :)

As it turned out, I didn't have a lot of time to make cards while I was there, but Mom needed a thank you for the friend who send her some really nice flowers

the calendar on the left is from the Dec 2015 PP kit - part of Mom's Christmas gift.  Love the flowers!

 

and I had the opportunity to meet with some new friends while in BC (John made some of my new craft room organizing items and Jean is a SU demonstrator) - and I couldn't go empty handed so I made up this card for them (sorry for the poor picture quality)
and I think this one on the right is the one I made for my Mum

I did make another one, for this sweet lady in the bed next to Mum's, but I forgot to take a picture. :(
